This ceremonial matcha from Miro’s Tea is made from 100% first harvest leaves grown in Yame, Fukuoka, one of Japan’s most celebrated tea regions. A blend of Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars, the leaves are shaded for 20 days before harvest, giving the matcha its vibrant green color and rich amino acids.

It whisks into an aromatic, savory cup with deep umami, balanced by fragrant notes and a gentle astringency. This is a bold, refined matcha for your daily tea ritual.

For Miro Tea’s founder, Jeannie, tea has been a source of comfort since childhood. It's also a connection to Jeannie's cultural heritage and a sense of purpose.

Jeannie created Miro Tea in Seattle in 2007 to share that experience, helping people discover the depth and beauty in a simple cup. Through thoughtfully sourced teas, education, and exploration, Miro Tea makes exceptional tea approachable and accessible, encouraging moments of connection with ourselves, with one another, and with the small rituals that nourish us every day.
