Thank you for shopping at Green Tiger & Co. Please see below for the terms and conditions applicable to our store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped 1-3 business days Monday through Friday. Please allow for additional transit time in transit for delivery.

If there is significant delay in the shipment of your orders (such as during the busier season), we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges to your order will be calculated and displayed at check out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Free shipping - Orders above $75 are shipped free of charge within the contiguous US.

International Orders & Shipping - Orders outside of the US may be subjected to imported fees, tariffs, and customs imposed by the country of delivery. Green Tiger & Co. is not responsible for any of the charges listed above. Customer is responsible for charges including original shipping and return fees as a result of refused orders.

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 day of the original purchase date. All returns must be in sellable condition. This means all goods and items must be in their original packaging, sealed, unworn, and unwashed. We will also require proof of purchase such as store receipt or purchase order to initiate a return.

To start a return, contact us at hello@greentiger.co with photos of the returning items with your order number. We will send instructions on where to send your return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For health reasons, perishable goods such as food and drink are non-returnable.

Also for sanitary reason, we do not accept returns on refillable products and personal care items such as toothbrushes, razors, body brushes and sponges, combs etc. If you have questions on a specific item, please send us an email at hello@greentiger.co

Gift cards, seasonal and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email immediately with photos of the damage, including the shipping packaging. Unfortunately, damages during transit are beyond of our control and we will do our best to evaluate and make it right for you.

Defective or Inaccurate Items

If the item you receive is defective or wrong, please send us an email immediately with a photo of the item to hello@greentiger.co
