This alum block is truly a multi-usage solution and naturally effective for both aftershave and deodorizing. Made from potassium alum (mineral salt) which is naturally occurring has been used for millennia as deodorant, traditional medicine for cuts and sores, and water purification. Its astringent and antiseptic properties are perfect for treating razor burn and irritation from hair removal.
As deodorant, the mineral salt forms a porous barrier that prevents odor-causing bacteria from growing. As opposed to conventional antiperspirant, this alum block does't block and congest the sweat glands, allowing you to sweat naturally without odor.
