From our experience, the way the Henson head is designed makes it an easy transition from the standard multi-blade cartridge (as compared to a traditional safety razor). It's also light and the handle has a good grip. While the initial cost to acquire is high, you only need to change the blades which will be cheaper in the long run as most people will spend $2-3 a year on blades.
