Fishwife's anchovies are the richest, butteriest you’ll ever taste, perfect for enjoying atop fresh sourdough with a generous layer of butter. Caught by small-boat using the purse seine method in the Cantabrian Sea, these anchovies come from Europe's only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery.

Semi-preserved through a traditional salt-curing process that lasts for six to eight months, they are hand-packed with premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil by a third-generation family-owned cannery. 

 

Serving Recommendations:

These anchovies are ideal for spreading on crusty bread, adding to salads, or pairing with a glass of wine.
