How much can I invest abroad?

As per Reserve Bank of India's Liberal Remittance Scheme (LRS), an Indian citizen is permitted to invest up to $250,000 every year globally, barring a few countries. It is permitted by the RBI to invest in securities in United States of America. Your investment data is provided to RBI through your bank's submission of your A2 form.

How are my trades commission free?

It does not cost us or our brokerage partner to place trades, which is why we do not see a reason to charge you. Because we are a technology company with low overhead and no physical branches, we are able to make money from the revenue we earn from our merchant partners.

How do taxes work?

United States of America and India have a Double Taxation Treaty that ensures that you don't get taxed twice. US securities are taxed at a flat rate of 25%. We provide you a digital tax credit that you can submit with your income tax in India so that the your US tax value is deducted from your income tax here.

What do I need to register?

You need an android or ios smartphone, an Indian passport, and a utility bill (electricity, gas, water) or Aadhar card to register. After getting approved, you can remit funds from your bank account to your brokerage account from the app, and start trading as soon as your funds are deposited.
